Resignation CEO FSH Welding Group
Mr. Raul Arrias Camps resigned in mid-January 2010 from his engagement as CEO of FSH Welding Group and from all his other appointments within the Group. As from this date, he does not work anymore for the Group or hold any engagement, but he remains shareholder of the Company until 2013 and he has undertaken not to compete the Group on the European market of filler metals for welding and brazing until that date. Viellard Migeon & Compagnie, majority shareholder with more than 95% of the share capital of the Company, will appoint shortly a new CEO. Until this appointment, Mr. Gerard Marchand will manage the business of FSH Welding Group together with the management team currently in place.
